Orders placed by 9AM are processed same day and shipped same day.
Packages are shipped via UPS and USPS only.
Return/Refund Policy
Returns of Genesis Today Products are accepted up to 30 days from day of
purchase, opened and unopened.
Customers are responsible for full, round-trip shipping charges in cases
of return, except when return was caused by an error on our part.
Damaged Packages
Damaged packages must be reported immediately by calling us at (804)
385-6265. A valid phone number must be provided for call back and
further contact. For insurance claim purposes, you must keep the damaged
package for inspection. Upon inspection, damaged package must be
returned to us for verification, either via UPS or USPS. Replacement
items will be shipped upon receipt of damaged merchandise. Claims and
replacements will not be honored on discarded and uninspected packages.
Warning About Chargebacks
While we try to solve potential problems with orders such as lost
packages, backorders and delays, we understand we cannot satisfy some
customers. In case of dissatisfaction with our way of handling
individual situations, we will be glad to offer a FULL REFUND for
unfulfilled orders or for returned merchandise. However, because
fraudulent chargebacks are on the rise, WE WILL PROSECUTE fraudulent
chargebacks to the full extent of the law. We consider chargebacks as
fraudulent when the customer keeps both the merchandise and the money
and all attempts to resolve the issue have been unsuccessful.
Prosecution includes a lawsuit in court, placing the name of
“chargebackers” on Chargeback Protection databases available to online
merchants, selling accounts to collection agencies as well as filing a
report with the ICC, the Internet Crime Center. The ICC is a partner
with the FBI in investigating white collar crimes. Therefore we kindly
ask, please, work directly with us when trying to solve any problems
with your order.
